Accident Summary:
According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, a fatal crash occurred between a vehicle and a motorcycle on North Rainbow Boulevard, south of Yorktown Road on June 12, 2022 at 10:42 p.m.
As stated in the Press Release from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department: “Evidence at the scene and statements from witnesses indicate that a 2015 Kawasaki Ninja traveled south on North Rainbow Boulevard, south of Yorktown Road. A 2017 Chevrolet Malibu traveled north on North Rainbow Boulevard in the center turn lane. A collision occurred when the Chevrolet conducted a left turn into 2451 North Rainbow Boulevard, crossing the path of the Kawasaki. The collision redirected the Kawasaki onto the private property, ejecting the rider…despite all life-saving efforts, the Kawasaki’s rider succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased.”
