SJW Injury Attorneys is a proven accident and Injury law firm located in Las Vegas, Nevada. Our office is located in the Northwest part of the Las Vegas valley, often referred to as the Centennial hills area, however we can meet clients at multiple locations throughout Las Vegas. We represent people who were hurt or injured due to things like car accidents, slip and falls, defective products, and other incidents resulting in serious injuries or death.

SJW was founded by Esteban Sandoval, Benedict James, and Shawn Walkenshaw. Shawn, Esteban, and Ben founded SJW on one simple principle – we put our clients first.

This is true of everyone in our firm, and we our proud to have assembled a group of like-minded people, from our founding partners, to our exceptional lawyers, to our incredible staff, we are all focused on prioritizing each and every client. We do this in several ways.

We listen.

We take time the time to understand the questions our clients have and to give them sound advice based on our extensive experience. When more questions arise, we answer those too. When someone has been hurt or injured in an accident, it is normal to have a lot of questions. Questions we commonly hear after an accident are:

  • How much is my case worth?
  • How do I pay for the medical treatment related to my accident?
  • Do I need a lawyer?
  • Do I have to pay my attorney anything upfront? (At SJW you pay nothing up front, by the way)
  • What is the typical settlement for a case like mine?
  • Should I talk to the insurance companies?

Whatever your questions may be, we will take the time to help you understand the answers.

We advocate.

We take the time to truly understand the nature and extent of our client’s injuries and the effect their accident has had on them. This helps us to really get to know our clients, it fuels our passion, and it gives us the understanding and information necessary to truly fight for our clients. Our experience has shown us that when an insurance company sees that we know our clients, we know the facts of their accident, we know and understand their injuries, and we know how it has affected their life, it typically has a significant impact on the outcome of their case.

We communicate.

This is critical. Often the effects of an accident and injury on a person’s life is overwhelming. Unfortunately, adding lawyers, doctors, and insurance companies to the situation often only adds to the already confusing situation. Having open and constant communication allows us to reduce the confusion and stress for our clients, to explain what they should expect, to guide them, and to keep them informed and updated on the status of their case. It also shows them that we really are here working on their behalf and that we mean it when we say that we put them first.

We get results.

Putting our clients first, listening to them, advocating for them, and communicating with them are all essential parts of our effort to get each and every client the best possible resolution of their case.
