According to a report from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, there was a collision between a pedestrian and a vehicle on Eastern Avenue and Reno Avenue on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at around 12:43 a.m. A 2000 Nissan Altima was headed south on Eastern Avenue approaching the intersection with Reno Avenue when it hit a pedestrian. Medical personnel arrived on the scene and transported the pedestrian to the Sunrise Hospital Medical Center’s Trauma Unit, where they remain in critical condition. The driver of the Nissan was arrested for DUI-related charges.
