According to a report from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, a collision involving two vehicles occurred on Monday, January 26, 2026, at around 12:35 a.m. The accident took place on Buffalo Drive and Twain Avenue. A 2012 Mercedes-Benz C-Class was headed south on Buffalo Drive, attempting to make a left turn onto Twain Avenue, when it collided with a Mercedes-Benz GLC-Class. The driver and the passenger from the C-Class were both ejected from the vehicle. The passenger was pronounced dead at the scene, and the driver was taken to UMC Trauma with serious injuries. This marks the 10th traffic-related fatality for LVMPD’s jurisdiction for 2026.
