According to a report from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, there was a collision between two vehicles at the intersection of Lake Mead Boulevard and Lamb Boulevard on April 19, 2025, at around 4:27 p.m. A 2014 Chevrolet Silverado was headed east on Lake Mead Boulevard. A 2015 Mercedes-Benz GLK 250 was headed west on Lake Mead Boulevard approaching the intersection of Lamb Boulevard. The Chevrolet made a left turn at the intersection in front of the Mercedes-Benz, causing a collision. Medical personnel arrived on the scene and transported both drivers and passengers to the UMC Trauma Center. Both of the drivers sustained minor injuries and were released from the hospital. The third passenger of the Mercedes-Benz sustained life-threatening injuries.
