According to a report from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, there was a collision between a vehicle and a motorcycle on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at around 10:22 a.m. on East Washington Avenue and North Bruce Street. A 2023 Kawasaki Ninja 400 motorcycle was headed east on Washington Avenue, approaching the intersection with Bruce Street, when it collided with a 1998 Ford F-150 truck that was traveling west on Washington Avenue, attempting to make a left turn onto Bruce Street. The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident, and the driver of the Ford was transported to the University Medical Center’s Trauma Unit. This marks the 121st traffic-related fatality in LVMPD’s jurisdiction for 2025.
