According to a report from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, there was a collision between a motorcycle and a vehicle on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, at around 3:17 p.m. at the intersection of Southern Highlands Parkway and Shinnecock Avenue. A 2019 Ram 2500 truck was headed east on Shinnecock Avenue and attempted to make a left turn onto Southern Highlands Parkway when it collided with a 2016 Jiangsu Baodiao Street Bike that was headed south on Southern Highlands Parkway. Medical personnel arrived at the scene of the accident and transported the motorcyclist to the University Medical Center (UMC) Trauma Center, where they remain in critical condition.
