The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department reports a collision that occurred on February 4, 2025, at around 7:33 p.m. A bicyclist was riding across Charleston Boulevard near a marked crosswalk. A silver or gold SUV was headed west on Charleston Boulevard approaching the intersection. The SUV hit the bicyclist while turning right onto Hinson Street from Charleston Boulevard. The SUV then proceeded to flee the scene. The bicyclist was transported to UMC Trauma by ambulance with life-threatening injuries. The driver of this SUV is still unknown at this time.
